Do you find yourself just feeling down this time of year? The weather is blah. The fun outside adventures of summer seem a long way off. The fall activities are behind us. I swear the winter blues are a real thing… This year, I felt myself sinking down even more than usual. I just felt weepy and disheartened way more than normal. Dusty was seriously starting to worry that maybe I was becoming a little depressed and I was too. Then, I started trying to think of ways I could work on improving the situation and remembered a few years ago, when I had a major blood panel done, that I had a pretty serious Vitamin D deficiency. I decided to try out a few more natural remedies before seeking out some kind of actual medicine. I would have have no problem doing that but thought I would give myself a few more weeks and see if I could improve any on my own first. I starting taking these Vitamin D gummies (I do Juice Plus gummies too because I hate the actual act of taking medicine…and I already take 3 daily allergy medicines and didn’t want to add any to it) and I swear to you all, within a week I started feeling soooooooooooo much better. My energy level is back up to where it was prior to the last month or so and I just feel better. Way less weepy and just overall happier. Not a single thing has changed in my life. There isn’t any stressor that has gotten less or any problem that has gone away. This vitamin deficiency was the problem!
